Management Commitment

The Management of MUEBLES A.BENÍTEZ has a firm commitment to developing and improving the way in which the company is run. This commitment takes the form of:

  1. Informing all members of the company of the importance of satisfying customer needs and legal and regulatory requirements.
  2. Establishment of a Quality Policy and Quality Targets in line with our company's aims, as the basis for constant improvement to the system.

  4. Guaranteed availability of the resources required.

Client Focus

The Management of MUEBLES A.BENÍTEZ ensure that customer requirements are properly identified and fulfilled in order to achieve customer satisfaction, by means of the PG-07 Sales procedure which clearly defines customer needs.

Once customer orders have been filled out by the sales staff they are checked by the customer and signed in confirmation.

In order to maintain our image and reputation, Muebles A.Benítez applies a policy of constant effort in order to deliver a quality service which exceeds customer expectations, offering a wide range of products at a competitive price, along with efficient and effective aftersales service. To achieve this aim, Muebles A.Benítez is committed to providing the resources and training required by its staff in order to ensure that they all demonstrate excellence in their work and meet demands.

The Muebles A.Benítez Quality Policy based on the principle that quality is the responsibility of all staff, with the policy being understood, applied and continuously improved at every level of the company.
